The office space is charged by one fixed bill every 28 days that includes: office space rent, business rates, heating, electricity & water rates.

The offices have pre-installed data points ready for telephone and broadband services that you may wish to connect. Each office can be separately locked for your convenience and the premises are monitored 24 hours a day. Additionally, reserved parking spaces and secure cycle storage is available.
